happy you’re here
Wellness that unapologetically meets you where you’re at. Literally.
Part coach, part travel advisor, zero judgment.
Sometimes finding (or protecting) your zest for life looks like goal-setting and accountability, and sometimes it looks like a plane ticket — because “get me out of here” is a legitimate wellness plan.
THE WHY
Wellness isn't just a green juice and a gym membership
Finds You Well was born out of a simple, slightly stubborn idea: people deserve support that doesn't come with a side of judgment, whether you're navigating a big life change or just want more out of an ordinary week.
Change is hard. It takes a toll on all of us. And sometimes the change that feels heaviest and darkest at the start turns out to be the best thing that ever happened to you — but nobody wants to hear that while they're in it. So I won't say it. I'll just help you get through it.
Real wellness isn't only therapy, salads, and step counts. It's bigger, weirder, and a lot more personal than that. It's what actually fills your cup.
WHY THE COMBO?
Coaching and travel?
Yes. On purpose.
Sometimes what you need is structure — sustainable changes, goals you actually care about, and someone in your corner holding you to them on your terms.
And sometimes what you need is to disappear somewhere else entirely for ten days, with nothing to plan and zero decisions to make.
Both are wellness. Both are valid. And I'm certified in both, so wherever you land on any given day, there's a version of this that's made to meet you.
HEALTH AND WELLNESS COACHING
Real changes, real life, real bad weeks included
On your couch. In your sweatpants. Zero performance required.
You don't need someone to hand you a 47-step morning routine. You need someone who listens hard, asks the annoying-but-necessary questions, and helps you build lasting and sustainable change that survives a bad week.
Together we'll work on:
Getting clear on what you actually want (not what you're supposed to want)
Goals that fit your real life, not your fantasy life
Accountability that feels like support, not surveillance
Navigating transitions — career, burnout, breakup, big move, new chapter, no chapter
TRAVEL ADVISING
Fills your cup, not your inbox
Somewhere else, sooner than you think.
You could spend six weekends comparing hotels with suspiciously similar photos. Or you could tell me what you want and get perks, upgrades, amenities, and someone on call when something goes sideways.
Tell me the vibe. I'll handle the rest.
Restorative solo trips and "I need to hear myself think" escapes
Big-birthday, big-feelings, big-milestone travel
Couples, friends, and family trips where everyone actually gets what they want
Post-breakup, post-burnout, post-that-whole-thing trips
