FINDS YOU WELL
At Work
Wellness that treats your people like people, not a headcount.
I spent seven of those years as a creative manager leading large teams which means I've sat on both sides of this. I've carried the weight of the people I was responsible for, and I've fought to make sure they were actually heard and seen, not just managed. I also know what it feels like from the other chair, being a creative managed by someone who didn't understand how to lead creatives, watching good people slowly check out because no one treated them like people.
I've been saying the same thing my whole career, and I'll repeat it here: we are humans first, professionals second. The moment a company forgets that is the moment it quietly abandons the values and mission it once claimed to stand for, and people start to become just another number.
That's the line I coach from. Whether I'm working with someone through burnout or walking beside them as they leave, the work is the same: helping real people feel valued, find their footing, and thrive.

Your best people don't quit in a dramatic exit. They quit quietly, months before they actually leave, checking out at their desks, running on empty, wondering if this is really it.
Investing in them goes a lot further than a pizza party every now and then. A free lunch says "thanks for the quarter." Real support says "we see you, your skills matter, and you're someone worth investing in." That's the difference between an employee who feels like an asset and one who feels like just another number, and people can tell the difference instantly. One builds loyalty. The other builds a resignation letter.
And when you do have to let people go, how you handle it becomes the loudest thing you'll ever say about your culture. It speaks to the people leaving, and to everyone still watching from their desks.
Here's the hard truth about that moment: most career outplacement services are close to useless. You know the ones. A generic login, a resume template from 2009, a webinar nobody watches, and a "best of luck out there." It's a box the company checks so it can say it did something, and the person on the receiving end feels every bit of how hollow it is. It doesn't help them land, it doesn't help them heal, and it definitely doesn't protect your reputation, because they know it was cheap.
This is different. This is real coaching from a real person who sits with someone through the identity hit of losing a job, helps them get honest about what's next instead of panic-applying to 200 openings, and walks beside them until they've actually got their footing. People remember how you treated them on the way out. Do it well and that becomes one of the best things anyone says about your company.
Most companies say they care about wellbeing. Almost none back it with anything real. This is the real thing: coaching that supports your people while they're with you, and treats them like humans if the day ever comes that they're not.

Two ways in, depending on what you need.
Well Ahead is ongoing coaching offered as a benefit. A confidential place for your team to work through burnout, boundaries, and the stuff that quietly wrecks their focus.
Warm Regards is transition support for layoffs and restructuring. Real coaching for departing employees, so people leave with a plan and their dignity intact, not just a severance letter and a login.
Both are flexible, built around your team's size and situation, and mercifully free of trust falls. Full details on each are just below. ↓
Support that fits
Well Ahead
Ongoing coaching, offered as a benefit.
Some of the most valuable things your people carry never make it into a performance review. Burnout they're hiding. Boundaries they can't hold. The quiet question of whether this is really it. Well Ahead gives them a confidential place to work through all of it with a real coach, before it turns into a resignation or a slow fade at their desk.
This isn't an EAP hotline they'll never call. It's ongoing, human, and actually used.
-
One-on-one coaching sessions employees can book directly, weekly, biweekly, or monthly, whatever fits their pace.
Confidential by design, so people can be honest without it getting back to their manager.
Support across the things that actually move the needle: burnout, boundaries, focus, confidence, navigating change, and figuring out what they want next.
What it does for your people
A steady place to think, reset, and stay whole, so work stops quietly costing them everything else. What it does for you
Better retention, fewer people checking out at their desks, and a benefit that signals you actually mean it. Investing in your people is the loudest way to tell them they're seen.
Warm Regards
Transition support for layoffs and restructuring.
Nobody wants to plan for this. Plan for it anyway. When you have to let people go, how you do it becomes the loudest thing you'll ever say about your culture, to the people leaving and to everyone still watching.
Most outplacement is a login and a shrug. Warm Regards is a real person in someone's corner during one of the hardest weeks of their year.
-
A set number of one-on-one coaching sessions for each departing employee, over a set window following their departure. Fully customizable to fit the size of the transition and what your people need.
Booked directly and privately, so no one has to go through HR to get support.
Completely confidential, so people can be fully honest about where they are and what they need.
Support across what actually matters in a transition like this: processing the change, rebuilding confidence, getting clear on what's next, and moving toward it instead of just landing somewhere out of fear.
What it does for your people
A steady place to land when the ground just shifted. Room to reset, take a breath, and figure out their next move with someone in their corner, so they leave whole instead of just gone. What it does for you
The way you treat people on the way out is the loudest thing you say about who you are. This protects your reputation, softens a hard moment, and tells the people still in the building that this is a place that doesn't drop them when things get hard. Investing in people even as they leave is the clearest proof that you meant it all along.

The stuff you’re probably wondering
-
Most EAPs are a hotline your people never call. This is ongoing, human, and actually used. They work with a real coach they get to know, not a different stranger every time, so it becomes something they lean on before things reach a breaking point.
-
Yes. What's said in a coaching session stays between me and the person I'm working with. If an employee wants to share something back with you, that's their call to make, but nothing gets passed along without their say-so. You'll get a sense of how the program is landing overall, never the details of who said what.
-
It depends on the package and the size of your team, so we'll build something that fits. Some companies cover coaching as an ongoing benefit, others bring me in for a specific season like a restructuring. Tell me what you're navigating and I'll put together a straight answer.
-
Low. Sessions are virtual and scheduled directly with each person, so there's nothing for you to coordinate. Once it's set up, it runs itself.
-
Quickly. Warm Regards is built for exactly these weeks, and I'd rather move fast than have you wait. Reach out and we'll get moving.
-
Yes. If it's a fit for your team, the wellness coaching and travel perks can be part of what you offer. We'll talk through what makes sense.

Every team's situation is different, and these packages are a starting point, not a ceiling. Tell me what you're navigating and we'll build something that fits.
